OUR MISSION:

To network and create partnerships among Community, Business, and Church leaders to strengthen, educate, and encourage marriages and families to thrive.

OUR VISION:

“Thriving Marriages & Families for a Stronger Community”

OUR VALUES:

Dignity & Respect - Every individual, regardless of their belief system deserves our respect.

God's Biblical Design - It is our primary foundation for healthy marriages and families.

Healthy Families - All relationships can become healthier and thrive in an atmosphere of truth, honesty, integrity and openness.

Collaborative Partnerships - People, working together and sharing unique resources offer broader community and educational opportunities to enhance marriages and families.

Service - We model an atmosphere of service through sharing resources and skills to strengthen marriages and families resulting in a stronger community.

OUR OBJECTIVES:

TFCC's primary function is to uphold traditional marriage as the foundation to strong families and communities.

  1. We will network and collaborate through strong relationships, serving as the hub & conduit to resources promoting faith-based values that inspire marriages and families.
  2. By measuring the impact of our activities, we will offer follow-up and improvements that strengthen families within our community.
  3. We mobilize resources to facilitate community-wide events that exemplify the value of marriage in building up families and communities.

OUR TACTICS:

We serve as a resource “hub & conduit” to the entire community by:

  1. Cataloging marriage & family services that are available in the county.
  2. Making the information and services available to all sectors and citizens of the community.
  3. Identifying faith-based (Christian) chaplains, counselors, teachers and speakers and helping them to expand their base of services.
  4. Providing training opportunities for pastors & leaders that deal in marriage and family issues.
  5. Utilizing special events, conferences & seminars that enrich marriage and the family.
  6. Create & maintain an informative and interactive web site which serves as a community clearinghouse for accessing resources that provide opportunities to build stronger marriages and families.
